You can delete your Thermann Sizing account, and the personal information that goes with it, in any of three ways. You don’t need the app installed.
Sign in and open Account, then choose Delete account. Your account closes straight away.
Open Thermann Sizing, go to Account, and choose Delete account.
If you can’t sign in, email duxai@duxai.com.au from the address you use for Thermann Sizing and ask for your account to be deleted. We confirm by reply.
Your account is closed at once and every device is signed out. Within 30 days we delete your name, email address, password, signed-in devices and your conversations with the assistant. Projects, sizings and proposals may be kept as business records where we need them, for example to support a proposal or a warranty question, and only for as long as they are needed.
